Which browsers are supported?
We’ve had success with Firefox, IE6, IE7, Safari, and Opera, although there are some known issues with Safari that we are addressing (namely this bug.)
My ajax calls aren't being captured. What's the deal?
Since playbacks are hosted on userfly.com rather than your site, we can't recreate ajax calls due to cross-domain security policies. However, we are actively exploring some clever solutions to this problem, and hope to provide a better playback experience for sites that use AJAX.
Feature x on my site doesn't seem to work when playing back sessions. What’s going on?!
Complicated javascript and UI elements are difficult to capture and replay. But its our job to figure out how to do it. If you notice any bugs please please please, describe them here.
What happens when I cancel my account?
Your subscription is canceled (you won’t be charged at the next billing cycle), and all of your data is deleted.
How do plan upgrades / downgrades work?
Upgrades occur immediately so you can start using the upgraded features immediately. You are charged the difference in price between the old and new plans, and your billing cycle is reset. Downgrades happen automatically at the beginning of your next billing cycle. If your account has a pending downgrade, you can’t upgrade until the downgrade is completed at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
